Christmas Lights

Not mentioning work today. It just gets boring ...

Our office in Glasgow is closing by the end of the year. No big issue for me as I am there maybe once a month. However, it means that our 4 local employees were made redundant and had their last day today.
They were meeting after 5pm in a pub in Paisley for food and cocktails.
I was determined to make it at least for an hour to say good bye and catch up.
So I forced myself out of the house and arrived there at 8 pm. I spend a couple of hours with them before they changed the location and I went for a walk in the rain in Paisley City.
I really enjoyed it and found myself walking around for a full hour before I got to my car and drove home.
I was home just before midnight and Neil was not yet there.
He came home at 1 am - what pair are we???
A lot of resolutions to take for 2017!
