Cucumber salad snake

Tea was prepared by young son today - he had an ambitious menu planned, but i managed to talk him out of a souffle. We had the above salad as a starter, mousaka for main course, and jam-egg custard tart for pudding. An impressive spread, although it took a few more hours than he perhaps though, he did very well.
