Barnwell's big black beautiful swan!

This is a fairly new addition to the country park at Barnwell.  The reflections, as usual, were wonderful in the sunshine but the footpaths were caked in thick sticky mud.   They are working to improve the existing paths and add new ones.  "You can't make an omelette without breaking eggs".  It is going to be lovely in the spring and summer.  
We thought this made  change from the numerous Robin pictures taken today.   As we sat in the hide we were joined for a while by one Robin who sat on the ledge within inches of the cameras and gave us that "Where's my tea?" look
