Give Us Strength

We needed it today as we found our Brazil affairs in chaos due to our mail not having been passed to our power of attorney on time. So the wifi was off, our electricity about to be cut off and the bank account suspended with an appeal process needed to get it reinstated . . . and the amount in question was €50!

Luckily our power of attorney holder and her daughter helped us on all fronts during the entire day and we have most of it worked out with only the bank manager to work on more.

We ended the day in better spirits with a walk along Copacabana beach front and dinner at La Maison, thinking of Briocarioca and HH and hoping to see them on their return.
