Going up

Another short run this morning. In central Wellington. Cable Car Lane is full of scaffolding and the stairs look uninviting. The Cable Car is still running. I ducked under the partly raised door for a closer look, whereupon Car Nø 2 started off up the track. Photo taken as it entered a tunnel under The Terrace, which is parallel to and uphill from Lambton Quay.
