Bread

There is nothing quite like the smell of baking bread when you come home from a hard day's work. Baked with spelt flour this little loaf was bursting with flavour and a gorgeously crunchy crust. The perfect companion to some freshly made courgette and parmesan soup :-P

As chance would have it the Great British Bake Off was all about bread. I have always wondered how bagels get that chewy texture, now I know (the dough is boiled before baking)
