Tall Lupins

The lupins are pretty much over, but they still make a pretty sight as you walk through them.  These ones are at Beacon Point.

I played croquet this morning, the games were pretty even, and at one stage a shower of rain made us head for the club house.  But after a cuppa the rain had cleared and we carried on playing.  20 people out today.

I went for a walk at Beacon Point this afternoon, where I took this photo.  Little 'h' and I are about to head to her home in Luggate.  The school had swimming sports this morning, little 'h' was placed 1st twice, and 2nd twice.  To celebrate we both had a Black Peak Gelato ice cream.  As they say, 'life's too short to eat bad ice cream.!
