Gingerbread

A couple of years ago I bought a very reduced set of baking trays which make up a gingerbread house. . . I did say that if I hadn't used them by the end of the month they were going out!

Today was assembly day. It looked pretty rubbish till I realised the indented pattern is where I need to ice or decorate.
