Faux Boxing Day

It's odd to wake up after even a faux Christmas Day to find out that the rest of the world is still ramping itself up into the festive season. When we went to Booths to buy stuff to accompany our cold turkey for lunch, this Salvation Army band was playing just outside the entrance.

They were bloody good, too, and we stopped to listen to a couple of tunes once we'd done our shopping.
