No 15, The Orange Swift.

On the list of UK Moths, the Orange Swift is listed as number 15. It's latin name is Hepialus sylvina, or at least seems to have been, as I see it's classification has been changed to Triodia sylvina.

I noticed this last night sitting on my desk and took a few close-ups, but this evening, with very little to blip, I found it again, this time on the kitchen drainer! A couple of snaps later and voila!

Latest news is, found it dangerously loitering on the floor, got it to hop onto my finger and deposited it on the lavender outside.
