Rae's Place

Despite being almost crippled with lower back pain I HAD to drag/drive myself to keep my hair appointment as if I cancelled I would have been struggling to get anything done by Christmas. With a colleague ribbing me about Granny Hair (grey) and cringing when I looked in the mirror at the growth I needed to go.

Straight after it was the physio, and I could hardly get up on the bed! Managed it and did some stretches etc.

She asked if I had sleep but I had with the help of diazepam and co codomol- ah drug induced she said! Great sleep.....

Missed out on picking up Ben but got him later and Cameron was at Logan so was much quieter.

Ben up to beavers then a chill out and early bed
