Appreciation

A good morning walk, most of it in bare feet on the damp short grass. Juno hoovered up rabbit droppings to protect my feet. A good blether with the usual dog walkers.

Work was a consumption of calories.

Good lunch break with my pal.

Some bad news about a friend's health today, my thoughts are with his family.

Eco daughter asked me to help her with compound interest, I was delighted that she wants help. We worked out the best way for me to explain it.
