Time to Chill
Had a very busy day at work today and once again the workshop was like a furnace, not pleasant working conditions I must say.
After work I had to hand the car into the garage for a service to be told that I could not get a courtesy car because I didn't have my driving licence with me, "THEY DIDN'T TELL ME I WAS TO BRING IT". Seemingly, its their new policy no licence, no insurance means no courtesy car. Much to my annoyance I had to rebook , so home I came in the car with steam coming from my ears and very red in the face.
After my tea, I decided to take myself away to chill out and ended up driving to Eddleston. Went up to the Black Barony Hotel, walked around the gardens and the woodland walk that they have there it was so peaceful.
I took this blip looking down through the trees onto Eddleston Village with the wee sheep in the background, what a nice way to unwind taking photos and walking about listening to the birds sing and the burn babbling along. You just cant beat mother nature to bring you back to your senses.
You could say I was comfortably numb, cue for a song. Listen to this and you too will be chilled out like me. Comfortably Numb
