History Lesson

I've been working in Richmond for six months and I'm still finding out about the place. This lunchtime I was wandering out with the rest of the team for a spot of lunch at a local pub when I saw this and had to do a double-take. Turns out I've been working round the corner from where Queen Elizabeth I died! And a couple of her ancestors too, but Liz was the one I was most impressed with.

I'm finishing up in Richmond in a few weeks as my contract nears its end. I'm going to miss the old place.
