Social Gathering

Spent the day outside stoking a bonfire and doing a bit of gardening.
Then we all rushed in to town to pack in some Christmas activities - craft market at Summerhall, beer in the pub and then a little social gathering at a friends flat.
We heard all about her run planned for next weekend which puts my 5k runs into the realms of pathetic (or perhaps 'a warm up'). She is an ultra runner and will be doing the West Highland Way, starting Friday night and hopefully finishing on Saturday night. I can't even imagine what that must be like.
