What a good night to night, I found this lily showing off in the garden, I did a 10k WOG tonight ( Lorraine, I did 10k on Saturday :) that must have burned up some of that dessert) Tonight Becs one of my training group members sent me a message to say tonight in the last 3k series run she ran 13 secs faster than last week that's 3 PB's in 3 weeks. Tonight I have just 14km left of 1000 km, in the You versus the Year challenge on Map my Run.
