Snow Day

We had a busy day today, despite the fact that we woke up to more snow falling on the last foot that had swept down on us yesterday.
We took Sean to a breakfast, hosted by our community management and they had a really neat magic show (which he not only sat through, but loved & he pretty much laughed the whole time!) and then Santa visited. We gave a gift for Santa to give to Sean, and he tore through it, and pulled a Cookie Monster stuffed animal out of the bag. He gave Cookie to me, then looked back in the bag and inquired 'Where's Elmo?'
On the way home, we stopped to build a snowman, and my husband and I shot snowballs at each other. After naptime, we braved the falling snow...mostly wet snow, since we got hit with a mixture later in the day...And we went to the annual family Christmas party, for food & yankee swapping.
