It was very foggy in the valley as I left home but as I drove over Duffield Bank and up Red Lane out of the valley the air cleared ad the early light broke through.

The builders had arrived at 7am (good start for a Monday) dropped off a load of guttering etc on the drive and by the time I had opened the front door they had gone again. They didn't reappear all day ! They must work tomorrow or my schedule will slip.
