Reflections

I planned a quieter day for recovery. It was a day of double reflections. After my morning meeting I went to Orrell Water park again. It is becoming a tradition as it is near my meeting venue and therefore provides a good quick blip. It had started raining by then and even the ducks were hiding under the trees. This man didn't seem to mind the rain, perhaps he was having his own time of reflection. 

I'm going out for a meal this evening. Part social, part work, time for more reflections.
