Better days

My blistering headache persists and I have a night shift in a few hours. 
I stayed in bed until 3pm having gone to bed around 9pm last night.
I knew this new workplace would have me ill again. I haven't had one of these work-related headaches since I last moved to my place of relative calm. 
I feel for those who get regular migraines. It must be so debilitating. 

I am going to walk the 5k to work just to see if exercise and the cool December air rids me of this pain.
