A Helping Hand

My Dear Fellow,

Today I replaced our cr*ppy spit-through mattress with one that looks like a 3 foot thick meringue. 

The good thing about the old one was that it was light. I flipped it into the hallway without breaking a sweat. Manhandling the new one into position was something else. I nearly put my back out which would have been doubly ironic, as it is an orthopaedic one.

Naturally the cats were very excited at all the goings-on and needed to investigate. Here is a picture of Punky helping.
