Christmas Sweets

We had been talking yesterday, in between signings, about this idea which E had found on pinterest. She had wanted to make some for her table but they'd have had to have enough bagged, so she chose not to.

When we came home last night, I decided to try it. 2 mini candy canes, a lollypop stick (but I used a chocolate finger) and melted white chocolate to hold it altogether in a perfect heart shape.

Melting white chocolate is hard! It burns so easily. And the end result looked a bit ghastly but I wanted to show that they had stuck together and could be handled without falling apart.

They tasted nice!
