Haze

Woke up this morning to a completely seized up back, couldn't move and had to stay off work.

I slept a lot and then tried to ease it off with heat, drugs and a bit of help from Mr Song. The doctors tell you to try and keep moving so this was taken on my second short walk of the day (and I mean short, it takes about a minute to get to here from my house).

The rain has cleared up and left a glowing haze around Bass Rock- you can see it much better large

I saw my brother with his Sea Cadet pals on the way back but he didn't see me and photographing a group of children who don't know you're there is generally frowned upon!

Back pain is easing off now which is good!

I've been experimenting with F numbers and this was my favourite one.
