Cat news

People always give me the cat news on resort - where they've seen a cute new litter of kittens, when the cat-catchers are going to come, and if there have been any cat casualties. I'm pretty sure I am known as the mad cat woman, but that's just fine with me! Today's news was very worrying - a cat had been run over near the golf academy, security had already disposed of it and the cat was predominantly white. My heart sank... Titchy Cat lives over there, and I last saw her last night (I rarely see her in the day time). Mark tried to reassure me that she was too clever to get run over, but what if she was being chased or was particularly scared by something? I wandered over to the golf academy this afternoon, but there were still too many people playing golf, so I went for a walk until the sun started to set, and then went back and called her and she appeared from the trees almost immediately - phew! I have never been so happy to see her! I tried to take a few photos of her running towards me, but I didn't get any in focus - and this one isn't really either, but you can see the look of concern on her face as she hears a car on the road behind me. I love that her feet have sunk into the grass, making her look even stumpier than usual!

3 cats in 3 days... must find a new subject matter tomorrow!
