Day 19 - Maritime Museums and Lanhydrock

Set off for Falmouth for the National Maritime Museum - which was where all the children I had successfully avoided yesterday had decided to congregate. Swiftly moved to Charlestown for the Shipwreck and Heritage Museum. Everyone was dressed like pirates - little bit disturbing. Continued to Lanhydrock (only because it is free for National Trust members, and I figured they'd have a nice tea room - which was correct, and a 2nd hand bookstore as well). Lanhydrock House was like walking into an episode of Downton Abbey - except with signposts, roped off areas, guides, maps, lots of tourists with their cameras and children, and not forgetting the children's activities...Oh well, better off sticking with the TV show.
