Montacute Illuminated

In the build up to Christmas, the National Trust is holding special late night events with the house and gardens illuminated in a variety of colours, while the interior is lit by candlelight.

We visited this afternoon with my sister and brother-in-law. The event was deservedly popular. We then came back for a curry at our local Indian restaurant, so a late, hurried post.
