Increased pain relief required was the diagnosis from the lovely NHS person I spoke to relating to yesterday's back injury. So, I duly obliged, quite thankful that I don't seem to have done any serious damage apart from the obvious soreness and bruising. So, domestic pottering about during the day and then we all went out to the flicks at teatime for this. Thumbs-up!
