The most impressive Christmas tree at the festival this weekend is undoubtedly this one.  700 knitters produced over 4000 green squares for the foliage and the thick matt of grass beneath the tree.  Raising funds for Liveability, it was supplied by our neighbours at John Grooms Court which provides independent living for disabled people.  

Just Brilliant!

Jamie still in hospital, movement very painful.  Ruth having a nightmare day at college largely due to a failure to understand how her autistic traits impact on her ability to cope in crowded, noisy places.  

Maybe I'll emigrate for Christmas :-/
