THE OYSTERCATCHERS

at the beach of Kijkduin.
In the morning Mischa and I walked through the Ockenburgh park. A sunny
day it seemed, but later the clouds covered the sky again.
And in the afternoon Piet Hein and I cycled to the sea. Walked along the beach. There were lots of persons walking there. We choose to walk southwards, after we had crossed the water of the Zandmotor. There we were alone, only two or three kitesurfers in the sea.
There were gulls, cormorants, but I liked the oystercatchers best.
