At Last

I have been trying to get a photo of this heron for months. He sits at the bend in the river and he is there at least twice a week. He usually flies away at the slightest movement but today he didn't seem to bother that I was close by. He eventually flew to the burn where I stalked him. (See extra)

Unfortunately it was not a great day light wise and I was also holding Roxy's lead. Hopefully next time I get such a chance it will be sunny and someone else will be holding Roxy's lead.
