Colloquium and Dance

It was both an academic and the arts day today. Attended a research colloquium for the greater part of the day and practiced for a dance presentation an hour and a half after. The dance presentation will be for tomorrow's Christmas Party where we are hoping to win again.

Got stuck at the uni when it started to rain hard. It didnt help that the town is having their Fiesta today and so a lot of people were needing tricycles to move around the area. I think we waited for one hour before getting a ride out of the jungle. I ended up arriving home very late and exhausted.

The two gals (Youngmah and Liz) in the photo above are my former students turned colleagues. Two of the brightest minds i know that ever walked the earth! And undeniably gorgeous as well.
