Portreath

What a difference a day makes, lovely sunny morning, no wind, and quite warm.

'P' and I had a bit of a run out in the car, went to get some diesel first, then off to Portreath. 'P' is still on his frame, as his knee  still has a lot of bruising from when he fell and broke his hip. He managed to walk quite a way with his frame. 

The shadow of the people is us looking down onto the beach watching all that was going on.
