Cool...

...or hot?

Number one grandson pronounced it to be "cool" so that's what it must be then.

What was "cool" about this was sitting in a boma in South Africa, gin and tonic in hand listening to the the fire crackling away above the hum of the voices of other members of our group discussing what we had seen and done that day. on a game safari in the Waterberg area of South Africa

A boma for the uninitiated is the word that used to be used in Afrikaans for a corral, but now the word is used to described any area, usually circular, on a game reserve or similar where people can gather for a sundowner or "braai" (barbecue).

Highly civilised it is too!

Can't wait for November to do it all again. That will be cool.
