Winnings

Each year at work someone organises a fantasy F1 championship. You have to choose a driver each race but you can only have the same driver 3 times. At the end of the year the loose buys the winner something. This year I won by a single point and VPNS lost. My winnings was a bottle of Jura Superstition. Will go down well over Christmas. Another frustrating day at work. Might take the Thursday off before Christmas just to get away. They announced today that they were looking for volunteers to come in between Christmas and New Year. Nothing like leaving it to the last minute. Don’t think they had many takers. Looks like I might have to be in as well. Broughton Street had late night shopping for Christmas today. We went out and had a look around. J got a nice silk top she had been looking at for a while and we also got a penguin doorstop. A couple of the shops were doing nibbles and drinks as well. Good to be out looking in the local shops.
