Another Sunday sunrise

Its quite a while since I posted a Sunday sunrise, or indeed a sunrise on any day. I didn't deliberately wake early enough to get down the steps to the foreshore in time to capture the sunrise, but having woken spontaneously, I decided that was the signal that today is the day to start running again. So I did. Walking and standing still (while taking photos) was also part of this morning's activity. It feels good.
I've added as an extra a photo of a thrush which was quite unfazed by my presence as it used the early morning sun to grab a breakfast worm
