Visiting Robin this evening, to give moral support while she decorates her tree, I was polishing my flute (yes, really) when we both heard and felt the bang. 

It had been a glorious, warm, sun filled day, and I had a couple of fun shots of the green parrots that live outside my bedroom window - but this seems irrelevant now. I have learned that friends who attended the match are all ok. My heart goes out to all of us here in Istanbul tonight. Again.
