We visited Shere, said to be the prettiest village in Surrey. It was busy on this December Saturday, and there were little gift shops that I hadn't seen before - maybe they only open at the weekends. This shop is open all week and is one of my favourites for present buying.
Family staying this weekend. They cooked us a roast dinner and then this evening we have been playing a quiz game sitting round the log fire. What could be better?
