Leaking?

Something in the wine rack produced a spot of red wine on the foil of this bottle that had been saved for a "special occasion".  Looking at the label (see extra) we had been saving it for far too long and it had probably "blown" and was well past its 'sell by" date.  So we had to check the leak.  Unfortunately when the the foil was removed there was no sign of a leak but having gone this far  .. .. .. ..  it had to be decanted and tried.  Well, perhaps no special occasion other than enjoying this delicious wine made it a definitely memorable occasion !   Memories of when and where it was bought came flooding back!
Christmas tree up today!  Yippee!
