... as goes the Dr. Seuss book I had when I was a kid about a woman called Mrs McCave who had twenty three sons and she named them all Dave. She goes through a load of what she would have called them if she'd thought it through better and one of the names she comes up with is 'Zanzibar buck buck McFate, but she named them all Dave, so now it's too late'.
