Croque monsieur. Crap pic, tried instagram to try and improve. Marginally better!

Looks like cheese on toast here. It is actually ham and gruyere cheese in 2 slices of toast spread with Dijon mustard. Covered with cheesy bechamel, topped with more gruyere and parmesan then put under the grill until golden.

Delicious but OH SO BAD :)
