Reducing sugar and losing weight
I'm currently adjusting my lifestyle to improve overall health and fitness, as well as losing some weight and getting back to a normal BMI. One of the ways I'm doing this is by introducing some times of fasting, which has many benefits. I was pleased that weight had taken another drop when I measured it this morning, and I'm very nearly back into the normal range for BMI. As for reducing sugar intake (the food industry want you to think that having low fat products is the answer) I'm trying Stevia, which is a natural sweetener. To monitor my process I'm using an Android app on my tablet called Weight Journal.
