Monday Surprise
Sweet and Sour Chinese Fish
Ingredients:
500g Hake fillets
1 egg
All purpose flour
250g Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
1pkt Sweet & Sour Cook in Sauce
250g Chinese noodles
Method:
1. Place noodles in pot to boil.
2. Cut fish into bite-sized pieces.
3. Dip fish in beaten egg and coat in flour.
4. Fry until golden.
5. Set aside.
6. Place Stir Fry veggies into the pan and fry for a few minutes.
7. Add cook in sauce and mix together.
8. Drain noodles.
9. Mix veggies and noodles together.
10. Serve into bowls and top with fish.

This recipe is quick and easy to make and delicious too! Usually all these ingredients are already in the pantry or freezer.
