Jerome Arizona

I had a hard time choosing just one photo that would represent Jerome.  I thought this one would be close.   Jerome is a mining town built on the side of a hill ( Cleopatra hill)  that has had different owners of the mine over the years and billions of dollars has been pulled from the ground. They have suffered lots of fires, ground and buildings that have shifted and slid up to 200 feet down hill.   About 500 people live here full time.  Joe and I spent the day here finishing up around 3:30 pm and headed for home.  We took about 200 pictures and got some really nice one.
    We ate lunch at Bobby D's BBQ for lunch-  It was really good.  I took pictures of it that I uploaded to my face book.  If you want to look,  you can go to  Carolyn F. Kraus  on facebook..
