Mmmmmm Chilli Garlic Pickle

We bought heaps of this Pickle from a farmers market through in Canberra and there must have been good batches and bad batches.....fortunately this is one of the goods and it goes really well with strong cheese and oat cakes!

Back to work tomorrow.....at least it's only a three day week!
