The Coven

It is Ellen's birthday on Sunday and tonight the Coven gathered at her house to celebrate. Her Mother-in-Law is a fabulous cook and she had made a vegetable lasagne. I've been salivating at the thought of it all week,  my cupboards have been bare and it has been a starvation week. Oh my, it was scrumptious, I had two helpings and I ache from a full stomach. In fact I have brought the last helping home and it is in my fridge....Mmmmm.

Ellen loved her Dollygram...phew. I wrote a poem to go with it and I shall add it here tomorrow, but I can't type it now, not after a few glasses of champagne! 

What a  lovely evening. What a great bunch of friends.
