Yuk

Went for a little run along the river this morning. This was the rubbish that collected by the lock gates in Limehouse. Pretty disgusting. I won't be swimming anywhere near that.
Had a lovely breakfast then a nightmare trip home. A journey that should have taken 15 mins turned into 3 hours. Grrrrrr.
Kindness calendar said to write a positive post it note and put it where I can keep looking reading it. I think it will say...be grateful you woke up, now don't waste your day.
