Toffee Delight

The only thing hard about making toffee, is resisting the urge to eat it. I did have the opportunity to lick the remnants of chocolate on the spoon. If Moira had been here, I don't think I would have had that opportunity! She loves to lick utensils when we are baking together. Happy Friday to everyone!
