Grans' Sponge Cake

School hol today... Sent one of my boys round to their Gran with a book she wanted to read... He comes back with one of her sponge cakes... Not a bad swap in my book!.. and yes it tastes as good as it looks!.. Must have had hundreds'n'thousands of these now (ahem!)...
