A momentous day
Today my daughter was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Bar of the High Court of New Zealand. The ceremony was an hour and a half and the Judge asked each new solicitor to say a few words and then he asked them questions about their study, family, career plans etc. It was an enjoyable celebration of hard work and determination.
Lots of great photos in the traditional horse-hair wig and gown but I liked this one - the gown billowing as we walked to the car.
Well done Kariba - an amazing accomplishment! Love you.
