My life changed today.

I've missed taking my photos, i'm writinng this on the 21st August after having spent the last three weeks in hospital. We were thinning ash, nothing out of the ordinary. The last tree i felled broke a limb from another tree which in turn swung down some thirty foot and hit me.
If if it wasn't for Toms actions I know i wouldn't be here now, i owe him big time. The helicopter took me to Southampton General where I was put into intensive care and have surgery over the next few days both at Southampton and London Stanmore hospital which specialise in nerves.
Its been tough and there will be new challenges everyday, it will be a long recovery to regain full use of my right arm but i'm up for that and hopefully start taking photos again. Its just soooo nice to be home.
